With over 20 years' experience in the fitness industry, Lisa has taught all types of group exercise classes from step and hi/lo to strength training, hip hop, cycling, boot camp, kickboxing, BOSU, aqua, and yoga. She discovered Zumba® Fitness in 2006 and found her true passion. She is known for her high energy classes with easy to follow choreography and crystal clear non-verbal cueing.
